Vorrangige Reparaturabwicklung.

VORAUSSETZUNGEN

Das Garantieverlängerungspaket ist verfügbar für nicht überholte oder runderneuerte Produkte die ab 2021 gekauft wurden.
Die MSI-Garantieverlängerung kann nur für Kunden gewährt werden, die das MSI-Produkt in Deutschland gekauft haben.
Es ist ein Beleg für das Kaufdatum des MSI-Geräts erforderlich. Das kann eine Kopie der Rechnung oder ein Kaufbeleg sein.
Dein Produkt muss registriert sein und die Garantieverlängerung muss innerhalb eines Monats nach ihrem Erwerb online aktiviert werden.
Wenn das Garantieverlängerungspaket nach dem Kauf nicht registriert und aktiviert wurde, kann es innerhalb von 14 Tagen ab Kauf rückerstattet werden.

AKTIVIERUNG DES MSI-GARANTIEVERLÄNGERUNGSPAKETS

SCHRITT 1

WERDE MSI-MITGLIED

Besuche das MSI Member Center unter https://account.msi.com/login und klicke auf „Mitglieder“.
Folge den Anweisungen auf der Website, um MSI-Mitglied zu werden.

SCHRITT 2

REGISTRIERE DEIN MSI-PRODUKT

Melde dich auf der MSI-Mitgliedsseite an und klicke im Menü auf der linken Seite auf „Produktregistrierung“ um dein Produkt zu registrieren, indem du die entsprechenden Angaben ausfüllst. Wenn du dein Produkt bereits registriert hast, fahre bitte mit Schritt 3 fort.

SCHRITT 3
AKTIVIERE DIE GARANTIEVERLÄNGERUNG

Gehe zum MSI Member Center, klicke im Menü auf der linken Seite auf „MSI Care Plus aktivieren“ und führe die folgenden Schritte aus:
1. Wähle das registrierte Produkt aus, für das du eine Garantieverlängerung erhalten möchtest.
2. Gib den Servicecode und das aktive Passwort von der digitalen Garantieverlängerungskarte, die du gekauft hast, ein.
3. Klicke auf „Aktivieren“, um den Vorgang abzuschließen.

Bitte lies dir die vollständigen Nutzungsbedingungen durch, bevor du eine MSI Care Plus-Garantieverlängerung erwirbst. Wenn du Hilfe beim Aktivierungsprozess brauchst, kannst du uns unter kontaktieren oder eine E-Mail schicken.
